I like to think that Shalka!Doctor is Twelve.
I will now be convinced of the same thing because HE SO IS OMG.
If Moffat goes and brings back the Time Lords.

HE IS SIMPLY TOO AWESOME NOT TO BE CANON.
AGREED.
I should seek a nice Shalka icon, I can't believe I still haven't got one !
