I laughed and cried as well. I thought it was an excellent season opener. Definitely different, but in a good way. And now I'm even more curious as to how this will affect House and Wilson's relationship (and of course, House in general). And judging from some certain spoilers, I'm already excited for the rest of the sesaon ^_^
