Well, the only thing I know is that I can't invest myself in a ship when I'm not a fan of the whole of the show as well. I can still enjoy it and think it's nice but I need a bit more to really become part of the fandom, and I doubt I'll ever become a fan of "As the world turns".
Even in the middle of my crazy Christian/Olivier watching on Youtube, it never even crossed my mind that this ship would ever top Jack/Doctor.

But as I said, I can still enjoy it for what it is and your video proved me that it certainly might be a very entertaining ship! ^^ (also, I still can't believe it was the first gay kiss on daytime TV in the US! I mean, it really hadn't happened before?? Gosh, I am so naive sometimes...)

Oh that's totally fair game don't worry ^^ I wasn't critical about the way you invest yourself in your ships or anything.

I would even tend to agree with your logic if I did not fell so unexpectedly hard for Luke and Noah because I sure as hell didn't plan to ship them seriously when I started watching out of boredom. Which clearly proves to me that there's something really special and extraordinary with those two particular actors and the way they portray this couple

I wouldn't say that if it only involved me but I saw how fucking hard [livejournal.com profile] fairy_bliss fell as well when she was very reluctant in the beginning and it leads me to think that Jake and Van have something amazing going on because I still can't explain it.

Yeah and as you said, the actors who play Noah and Luke seem to get on really well, which I find incredibly cute eventhough I don't know them at all (yet).
But you totally convinced to give it a go with your MASSIVE NUKE POST OF DOOM last time so yeah... I'll come back with questions on the storylines and which ones I should/n't watch!

It the scene and the context I think because I shipped them more with that single scene than any other person (or thing) Jack has been with before XD
