I woke up this moning to find that all hell had break loose during the night

Billie makes a return in series 4.

I first saw the set pics this morning and I read that she would be back for the Doctor-lite episode that is rumored to be about the companions. I found the news quite intriguing and interesting.

But I just read the official announcement and she'll return for 3 episodes WTF THAT IS A LOT O_o

I'm not particualry fond of the idea of Rose being back for so long but I would not mind if this is how it's done :

- Rose is not the focus of these 3 episodes but serves the plot, very much like how Jack's return was handled in series 3.

- She's now a confident young woman who's moved on with her life. She's been doing great at Alt!Torchwood and is partially or completely over the Doctor like Martha when she returns in series 4.

- The Doctor does not declare his TWU LUV FOREVAH to her and their is no EMO ROSE!ANGST when she leaves again (on her own accord this time). I don't want to see any of the batshippers' crazy wishes come to life (they're already scaring me more than usual today) or I'll never forgive Rusty again.
I want friendship, maybe some cuteness but most of all I want them to find closure, be happy for each other and be able to let go without heartbreaks this time. Otherwise the series would take a serious step backwards.
But this isn't Smallville so I have faith that it won't come to that.

- And most of all, I want stolen blurry pics of John Simm on the DW set, damn it.

EDIT : No sorry, tya_rc's comment is bothering me. Hon', if you really think by reading my post that I'm expressing some ulgy bitterness, just take a look at what 45eugenia is using her amazing skills for right now (and laugh). And I have many similar posts in my flist right now.
So, no I don't consider myself as an "abused Martha/Doctor shipper" (especially since that should be replaced by MASTER/Doctor, KTHXBAI. Why does if there's a fault it always has to be thrown back at Martha I have no fucking idea.)

Vous ne comprennez vraiment pas le "like Martha" dans le bon sens. Quand je dis moved on like Martha il faut lire "moved on with her life" (like Martha dans le sens que quand elle s'est retrouvé séparée du Doctor elle s'est refaite une vie post companion), je veux pas qu'on la retrouve avec à peu près le même état émotionnel que quand on l'a laissé. Mais j'ai jamais dit qu'ils devaient se traiter en strangers ou qu'elle l'a oublié.
Moi ça me va le nice episode à la Sarah Jane. Elle aussi elle a avancé dans sa vie (en continuant l'investigation journalistique kickass :D), et comme son retour ds DW servait de closure à des adieux qui n'avaient jamais pu se faire c'est effectivement aussi ce que j'attends avec Rose (même si avec une appréhension certaine).
Le retour en arrière est indépendant du shipping, s'ils ne veulent pas nous faire un doomsday bis, ils faut qu'ils se quittent angst free, s'ils se quittent angst free, c'est parce que le ship ne se concrétise pas romantiquement (ce qui serait impossible sans angst) et qu'il en restent sur une amitié et un respect mutuel. Ce qui ne sera possible que si Rose a évolué vis à vis de ses sentiments durant le temps où on ne l'a pas vu (tout comme Martha qui ne serait pas capable de revenir voyager avec eux dans le cas contraire. Re : ceci n'est pas une comparaison rose/doc martha/doc, je suis toujours dans une approche non shippy kthx.)Ca ne veut pas dire pour autant qu'elle porte moins d'estime au doctor qu'avant :)
