Doctor Who casting spoilers
No don't look at me like that, I promised myself not to spoil me on the plot, THE PLOT.
So casting is completely okay *facepalm*
So it looks like Jack is returning with both Gwen and Ianto ! (HERE)
I'm quite happy about it (the more the merrier, the less focussed on Rose :p) but I just CAN'T picture them in Doctor Who ! I guess it's not unlike Martha guest starring in TW but I have much more difficulties imagining characters from TW crossing over to DW. But it's very nice of Jack to not leave them behind a second time.
I'm slightly disappointed that Sarah Jane is only allowed to bring K-9 from her show, I would have loved to see Clyde and/or Luke and/or Maria come along (and Alan just because it would make![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)

As for the rest of the article, I AM ALSO DEEPLY ANTICIPATING THE EPISODE SET IN LEEDS. I HOPE WE'LL SEE LOTS OF NOTHERN GARDENERS IN IT. *fannish glee*

EDIT 2 : so since everybody and their mothers are in the finale, it's getting inevitable that Simm!Master will show up at some point too Y/Y/Y/Y/Y/Y/Y/Y/Y/Y/Y/Y/Y ?

Personally I'm not vouching for Ten/Ianto at all. In fact, I'm hoping we'll get a Jack/Ianto scene - either in front of the Doctor (Jack's moved on, lalalala), or a sense that Jack is happy to have the opportunity to show this world to Ianto, or anything like that.
Considering how crowed the finale is I HIGHLY doubt we'll get any of the above, but surely Gareth will manage to throw a significant glance somewhere, at least!
ETA : That being said, Rusty probably wouldn't pass an opportunity to show a lovey geyh couple to the kiddos, right? RITE?!

That's funny because I'm picturing the exact opposite, meaning a Doctor/Jack scene in front of a jealous Ianto. Or maybe not so jealous since he must be used to Jack's behaviour, with, you know, all the Gwack flirting he went through in TW.
