Doctor Who 405 - The Poison Sky

There was nothing much happening in the first part and almost too much in the second, but it was quite cool !


- Sylvia pwning the Doctor and Donna in efficiency with an axe ? = SO MUCH WIN.

- Clone!Martha was a little too blank for my taste but I LOVED how Ten instantly knew that she was a fake and manipulated her.

- Donna was, once again fab but as much as it pains me to admit it, she *does* cry a tad too much. The moments of badassery on the Sontaran ship with Ten on the phone made up for that but they really should lay off the crying for a bit.

- RIP ROSS. YOU LEAVE A SHINY NEW FANBASE BEHIND YOU. At least the Doctor was affected by his death XD

- ALAAAAAAASTAAAAAAAIR !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11!1 is stranded in Peru, WHY EXACTLY ?? But then again Brig mention = \o/

- Also Rutans mention ! Loved when the Doc tuned out at the sheer RIDICULOUSNESS of the Sontarans.

- The "are you my mummy ?" took me by surprise and I SHRIEKED OF GLEE. Best joke of the series.

- Unexpected!Rose was chilling and even more random this time. Nicely done.

- THE VALIANT !!!!!!!!! EEEEEEEEEEK

- Annoying!whiny!crazy!kid was DEAD ANNOYING AND PATHETIC.

- The two Marthas gave me naughty thoughts. The doctor could have kept the clone for... Study. The scene was nice, I loved Martha's theme playing through it and the WTF moment Donna had when she showed up XD

- HOW CUTE WAS MARTHA WEARING THE DOCTOR'S COAT, SRSLY ELEVENTY!!!!!!!11!!1
I loved that bit :
"You know that coat? It kinda works."
"I feel kind of like I'm wearing my dad's clothes."
"Oh, well if you're calling him dad you're definitely getting over him."
MARTA/DONNA FOR THE ULTIMATE WIN. THAT IS ALL.

- After having seen the 2 parts, I can say that I didn't hate the Sontarans but they didn't grab me either. The battle scene of UNIT vs Sontarans was very enjoyable, though.

- OH YOU EMO TIEM LORD WITH YOUR DEATH WISH. Quit putting your companions in emotional turmoil.
And yet : "I have to give them a choice". OH DOCTOR *clings*

- And then the scene with Martha cuddling him and Donna smacking him ? WAS ADORABLE OMG. They're so OT3. I would have loved a whole series with both Martha and Donna as companions, just like old times when the Doctor used to have 2 or 3 companions at a time. At least we'll have that for one more episode.

- The resolution came out of nowhere but the effects were awesome.

- FIRST THE VALIANT AND THEN THE BUBBLY DOCTOR'S HAND. I HAS MISTER MASTAR CRAVINGS NAO.

- How hot was Martha at the end ? I swooned all over her jacket and her hair. I like that she was unwilling to go this time but the Tardis would have none of it. MARTHA/TARDIS FTW.

NEXT WEEK : THE DOCTOR HAS SPAWNED A BLONDE LARA CROFT ! CHRIS IS ALIVE AND SNOGGING SAID LARA CROFT ! I CANNOT WAIT !

I'm still annoyed at those gif icons of Rose with "Doctor !" on it. I kept yelling "SHE S CALLING FOR DONNA FOR CRISSAKE !!" at them.
