That was reason to kill me ded #1.
Reason to kill me ded #2 : THE MOTHERBITCHIN HOUSE FINALE WHERE ALL OF YOUR DREAMS COME TRUE.
That may be a tad strong, but St Doris may have just fixed the whole season in 40 minutes (emphasis on the last 10 ZOMG) because she is awesome like that.
House 5x24 - Both Sides Now : this will need multiple cuts OMG.
FUCKING CALLED IT.
But it didn't prevent me from punching the air and yell YOU DID NOT NAIL HER AH !! At the telly. I'll admit that I was *way* too psyched about this twist but I had been deeply in denial for the first 30 minutes, especially when House went all "OH HAI I AM ALL CLEAN FROM VICODIN AND SLEPT WITH CUDDY, KTHXBAI." on Wilson. I mean I did appreciate the generous amount of Wilson but I hate when they make their scenes all about Huddy, bleh.
And then the twist happened and all was right with the world again, I SHOULD HAVE TRUSTED TEH DORIS.
In ten minutes she basically destroyed Huddy (and no, I didn't lurk in the huddy comm to see them weep afterwards, nuhuh), reestablished the credibility of the plot, redeemed Cuddy and restored Wilson as the only individual House will ever need, trust blindingly and do anything for.
OH AND I WON'T EVEN GET STARTED ON THE ENDING MONTAGE. GOING BACK AND FORTH BETWEEN THE CHAMERON WEDDING AND HOUSE AND WILSON. IF THAT ISN'T SAYING SOMETHING I DON'T KNOW WHAT IS.
The POTW was extremely interesting and way cooler than usual. I really loved the alien hand thing because it was incredibly freaky.
I also loved the old dude caught in the House/Cuddy war and I loved when he brought his poo to Cuddy with the gay couple going O_o. XD
I also loved the random naked!stripper!Pirate and I would loooove to know the story behind this (in any case, House sure knows his way around strippers, I still want him to throw me a hen night so bad lol).
AND OF COURSE OMFG AMBER AND KUTNER !! The whole reveal sequence really, it was done beautifully and so very creepy. In the end I do hurt for House even if I'm left with more glee than real pain. But him losing it is indeed sadeven if it brought him with his true love once and for all \o/.
ANYWAY, I can't tell how much I loved that in this situation, even Cuddy knew that the only option was to hand House over to Wilson because he was the one he needed.
AND ASMDFKAZ%ZA%KDA%SDKMDFMA% THAT LAST SCENE BETWEEN THEM WAS ONE OF THE MOST GORGEOUS H/W SCENE OF THE ENTIRE SHOW.
So of course I had to picspam it.
HOUSE IS TOTALLY DOING THIS FOR WILSON Y/Y ?
They cut between Chase and Cameron exchanging rings and House giving his watch to Wilson. Intentional or INTENTIONAL ?
I was expecting a hug, I'll admit. Only way it could have gone from THIS IS SO AWESOME to AND NOW I CAN DIE, THANK YOU.
THE LAST LOOK OF LONGING AND TRU LUV. IF THIS ENDING ISN'T TELLING ME THAT I SHOUD SHIP THEM THEN I DON'T KNOW WHAT THE FUCK THEY WERE THINKING.
Which brings me to my main wishes for the season 6 premiere (THE WAIT WILL BE THE END OF ME)
1. I want to learn that Wilson has been visiting that psychiatric hospital all fucking summer.
2. I want to see Ghost!Amber in the premiere at least because SHE IS WAY TOO AWESOME TO NOT USE HER ONE LAST TIME.
3. I want season 6 to be to House/Wilson what season 5 was to Huddy (you know, without the killjoy ending and ruining Wilson's character).
I know that I'm acting like an oppressive twat and you have every right to slap me. BUT IT WON'T CHANGE THE FACT THAT MY OTP>YOURS. :D
Ashes to Ashes 204 also rocked my world and was spectacular ! I won't try to be coherent about it but I'm *really* enjoying the increasing LoM references this series. I really hope it will lead somewhere. I can't believe we're already halfway through !

BUT. Yes, MORE AMBER PLEASE. I love her. Of course, that'll mean House won't be cured, but if it means more Amber, I'm cool with that.
And so basically? What you said: Wilson is the one that House needs.

Frankly, making Amber come back was completely brilliant, I don't know how they came to this idea but she totally made the end of the season for me.
House could still be trying to put himself together for the first couple of episodes, thus allowing her to guest star again, yes. He could maybe spot a case to work on inside the psychiatric hospital, which would be interesting and I want Wilson to be there and tell his doctors to leave him solve it for his sake. And then he would be all bettar, check out and maybe stay at Wilson's for a week or two
and have lots and lots of reunion sexbefore being able to live by himself again and go back to work.No I did not spend too much time thinking about this already and yes, I know that I still have 4 solid months of speculation before I can be put out of my misery.
