I don't like it, sad to say. It's hard to read with that background being there. You should've erased it or done the text in a completely different colour, something lighter. Or just take the Big Ben out completely. Sorry to nag again, but I'm just trying to help and bring concrit. True blacks aren't very good--for text to be readable, the background and the text need enough contrast between them. Thus, gray under black? Not good. See my icon in this comment--I used a nice, neutral background and text that wasn't a true blue or a true black, I chose it with an eyedropper from the Master's face or somewhere else--it's always good to use the colours in the original image for text colours, text and the all-important antialias.
No, nope I don't mind. I did it rather quickly around 1 am this morning and I was quite happy with the result. And while I *can* see what you're pointing at it's not really bothering me and It's still working for me, even with the black font (which was taken from the pic, actually) and the grey background. Ah well... ;)
