Stop trying to explain her actions, SHE WAS OOC. RTD wanted her to snog the Ten lookalike because he didn't have the balls to go all the way and make Proper!Ten and Rose really confront each other about their feelings (I'm not saying that I would have liked a Ten/Rose declaration of twu luv but it could have been done without making it text and without using a cheap cop out).
Donna is also my fave (like I said in mah worship post) and I really don't see Ten taking another companion for the specials right now. He could travel with an older one I guess but I don't see him putting someone new at risk again after all the mess that happened in the finale.
