Frankly, making Amber come back was completely brilliant, I don't know how they came to this idea but she totally made the end of the season for me. House could still be trying to put himself together for the first couple of episodes, thus allowing her to guest star again, yes. He could maybe spot a case to work on inside the psychiatric hospital, which would be interesting and I want Wilson to be there and tell his doctors to leave him solve it for his sake. And then he would be all bettar, check out and maybe stay at Wilson's for a week or two and have lots and lots of reunion sex before being able to live by himself again and go back to work.
No I did not spend too much time thinking about this already and yes, I know that I still have 4 solid months of speculation before I can be put out of my misery.
