Well, the only thing I know is that I can't invest myself in a ship when I'm not a fan of the whole of the show as well. I can still enjoy it and think it's nice but I need a bit more to really become part of the fandom, and I doubt I'll ever become a fan of "As the world turns". Even in the middle of my crazy Christian/Olivier watching on Youtube, it never even crossed my mind that this ship would ever top Jack/Doctor.
But as I said, I can still enjoy it for what it is and your video proved me that it certainly might be a very entertaining ship! ^^ (also, I still can't believe it was the first gay kiss on daytime TV in the US! I mean, it really hadn't happened before?? Gosh, I am so naive sometimes...)
