Doctor Who 408 - Silence in the Library

Moffat's episodes are clearly something else. I adore this season and there's been lots of great episodes so far but his episodes are always taking the show into new, creative and original territories. I was sucked into the story from beginning to end and glued to my screen. The whole mystery behind the connection between the little girl's world and the Library planet was truly gripping. The flesh-eating things hiding in the dark has been done before but I loved his take on it in this. The "dust in sunbeams" line killed me.
The library planet is definitely the most gorgeous alien planet they've ever done on this show, hands down.

Alex Kingston was brilliant as River and I can't wait to find out who she is. I loved her scenes with the Doctor and she seems like she has deep feelings for him. I SHIP IT. Oh and the future sonic screwdriver's look is slick !
I loved the spoilers mentions and it was amusing to see yet another unexpected!Blackpool cast member with Ripley's accountant playing mr Lux.

I am scared beyond reason for Donna's future and I can't deal with the fact that no matter how awesome she is, she's definitely doomed, doomed, DOOMED. DOES NOT WANT. She doesn't deserve so much DOOM.

Now my favourite bits :

Get out of the way ! BWAHAHA DONNA > sonic screw.

Of course we're safe there's a little shop. Heeee !

I'm a time traveler, I point and laugh at archeologists.

Oh *I'm* pretty boy.

Please Donna do not scream like that EVER AGAIN *crawls in a corner and hides*

The real world is a lie. Your nightmares are real.

Proper Dave's data ghost moved around by the Vashta Nerada ? AWESOMELY SCARY.

Heee Jack's sonic blaster <3

Donna Noble has left the library, Donna Noble has been saved. AAAAAAAAAARGHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!11!!!!!!!!1 *completely freaked out* he stroked her cheek *squee*

WHAT A HORRIBLE HORRIBLE ENDING.

It was, as predicted, magical.

Moffat really can't fail can he ? *worships*

I so don't want to get spoiled for next week and I CAN'T WAIT.

Yes but you don't strike me as a D/R batshipper who can't imagine the Doctor with anyone than Rose forever and ever and ever and ever so you had more liberties to appreciate River's ORSUM on its own :)

I'd wait for next ep to make a River comm but if you do I AM SO JOINING, YO. \o/

The Doctor only REALLY REALLY has eyes for his Immortal Beloved. Everyone else is all annoyingly temporary for him due to the whole dying thing. SO LIKE I LOVE DOCTOR/RIVER, but obvs she's no Master, and she never can be. She probs has aspects to her insides that the Doctor needs to balance parts of his insides... but the same applies with Rose, and bloody hell, any other central character one might wish to ship him with.

But none of them will ever be close to his equal in reality, because they're not Forever, and they don't see the passing of Time in every speck of dust. And nobody else has 900 years of angsty pornings with him. trufax.

I KINDA ALREADY MADE A RIVER COMM. But just sort of set it up. I haven't done a userinfo or a layout or done really anything yet. Until quite possibly the end of the week/next ep.
