First action of the day : finally filtering someone on my flist who posts compulsively.
I thought good riddance when said person moved away but it was the last straw when I had the surprise to find 3 boring self centered posts when I opened my flist this morning, YET AGAIN. UGH.

Last night I had an awesome time with ephyse, jedicathy, tya_rc, fairy_bliss and angeliksmall. We celebrated fairy_bliss's iminent departure to Canada and mine and ephyse's birthday.
We spent the evening at Starbucks, ate at our favourite japanese restaurant and went back to Starbucks to finish the night.
With 3 House fans out of the 5 girls here, I had the immense joy to share my squee for the first time live and it felt SO GOOD OMG. They had to refrain themselves from spoiling me too much and we had a lovely in-depth conversation about the House/Wilson relationship.
I'm currently up to 314 btw and I spiraled down a well during the Tritter arc (which I LOVED because I'm a masochist) but it's now getting hilarious again so all is good in the world. House and Wilson can survive ANYTHING <3

So I've got loads of awesome presents from my beloved fangirls yesterday (my birthday is actually next tuesday) :

From angeliksmall :

- The Doctor and Jack Harkness fact files books.(does not indicate that I'm supporting Ten/Jack, KTHX)
- In Bruges dvd (favourite film OF DA YEAR)
- Infamous dvd (such a long time since we were looking for it !)

From jedicathy :

- The Last Shadow Puppets - The Age of Understatement album (going to the concert next tuesday ON MAH BDAY *squees*)

- Doctor Who book : Martha in the Mirror by Justin Richards (MARFAAAAAAAAA <333333)
- Man to Man with Dean Learner dvd (*hopes* it's at least half as good as Garth Marenghi's Darkplace)

From fairy_bliss :

- Ashes to Ashes dvd boxset (FTW ! I am so doing a Life on Mars/Ashes to Ashes marathon SOON)

From tya_rc :

- House season 2 dvd boxset (SQUEEFLAILDIESDIESDIES! Since I was deleting my dls as soon as I watched them I am thanking gawd for my beloved house obsessed Tya's quick thinking *glomps*)

From ephyse :

- The Time Warrior dvd (EEEEEE FIRST SARAH JANE STORY EVAR <3333)
- Robot dvd (EEE FIRST FOUR AND HARRY STORY EVAR <333333)

I'm also glad to have seen daiyaa briefly yesterday, cheers for your obligatory awesome London week darling ! <3

EDIT : oh right so it was only a 3 episode break from the angst before the next blow *HATES AND LOVES THIS SHOW*
