First film of 2009 was a complete delight !

I spent the afternoon with fairy_bliss and jedicathy and we had our first japanese restaurant of the year, it was teh yummy ♥


We went to WH Smith because I had to get this month's DWM but they hadn"t revceived it apparently, so I was bummed :/

We stopped at Starbucks before the cinema and kept on fangirling with Galouz til she left us before the film. Twas a lovely, relaxed afternoon.

We saw Slumdog Millionaire and it was made of complete awesome !

Seems like the film will do well in France because Galouz saw it the day before in a packed theater and it was the case today again. People even clapped at the end.

The film is really worth seing for the incredible shots of India and the tremedous performance of Dev Patel (he came such a long way from Skins ! His career is definitely off to a good start). I really loved how Danny Boyle seemed to have treated his subject with the utmost respect. First must see film of the year <3

I woke up early this morning so I thought that I would have the time to watch the very last episode of Oz before heading off to Paris. Cruel mistake since the finale is actually twice as long as a regular episode ! I had to turn it off halfway through. It did frustrate me all day but I am now finally going to watch how it ends *nervous* Hope it delivers.

It wasn't all I wanted it to be, but then again with such a brilliant show, it would have been quite hard to top itself for the ending.

He was amazing ! I loved the scene you mentionned and I absolutely ADORED the hommage choreography to indian musical films during the end credits. So much love.
