The L Word season 3

What were the writers smoking ?? Seriously that was the worst season ever. I haven't had that much WTF moments in a very long time.
I don't know were to start.
- Oh yes, Bette and Tina, somebody PLEASE choke them to death. Between Tina's return to heterosexuality, Bette's ridiculous meditation phase and silent retreat, and the beginning of a fight for the demon child's custody *has horrible flashes of QaF season 5* they couldn't have sunk lower.
- Helena grew a new personality. She's now nice and BFF with Alice. Mkay WHAT ??
- Alice, I love you but the first part of the season RUINED you and that made me SO FUCKING ANGRY. Her depression and transformation into a psychotic bitch was pathetic and so painful to watch. I mean the Dana shrine and the vampire date was just... *Headdesk* Fortunately after she got over it she was great again.
- CARMEN. *Carmen hate* I hated her sooo much everytime she bitched and whined at Shane, their relationship is definitely not working. And Cherie and Shane have like ten thousand times more chemistry than Carmen and her ever will. I kinda liked the introduction of Shane to Carmen's family but that was about it. So when they decided to get married ??? I kinda screamed DON'T MARRY THAT BITCH YOU FOOL at the teevee. And of course, she didn't and Carmen was left crying because she was too dumb to see it coming. That was so predictable. *rolls eyes*
- I thought I was coming to terms with Jenny but she still succeeds to get on my nerves with her "we're different" crap she gave Moira/Max in the finale. Yes SHE is different and trying to fit in. Do not compare your issues with hers you selfish emo cunt.
There was some things I liked :
- The new characters were great. Alan Cumming in glitter, nail polish, crazy hair and mascara was the best guest star of the season <3. Moira/Max was a really interesting character, it's rare to see a female to male transexual. Even if she bears a freaky resemblance to Joaquin Phoenix, which was distracting at times. Her eerie relationship with Alan Cumming's character was my favorite storyline with her. Angus was great, I found him adorable with Kit (btw I was amazed to learn that Pam Grier is 58 ! She looks at least 15 years younger !) and I really enjoyed their relationship.
- Dana's illness and death was the only well handled storyline of the season and I loved how she got close to Alice again during the toughest times. She was my third favorite character and I will miss her very much. I cried at the end of 310 and most part of 311 (especially when Shane lost it OMFG don't do that again sweetie !! *heartbroken*).
The good news is that season 4 can only be better, right ? Yeah I don't see how it can get worse.
If you're wondering why I've used a Freema icon for this post, it's because I've decided that it's Martha's week on my lj. So I will only use Martha, Martha/Ten, Martha/Ten/Jack icons from today til sunday. Just wanted to show my girl some love.
