THE FINALE WAS SO INCREDIBLY PERFECT THAT I HAVE TEARS OF PURE JOY IN MY EYES.


I have rarely seen a show being able to maintain such a high level of quality from beginning to end.


I couldn't have imagined a better way for George and Mitchell to first meet <33333333333333333333333333

I don't know if half naked!Mitchell writhing on the bed was supposed to turn me on BUT IT DID OMG.

Herrick : so how do you think this ends ?
George : I don't know. We Kiss ?

I CANNOT BEGIN TO DESCRIBE THE LEVEL OF EPIC AWESOMENESS THAT GEORGE REACHED IN THAT SCENE.

Aw Mitchell and Josy (?) were so sweet.

That last scene between the three just before the finale battle made me cry buckets ;_____;

I really loved to hate Herrick, he totally deserved all the cheers from Team vamps :D

I totally saw the twist coming. I just knew that George *had* to give a wrong address to Herrick and confront him instead of Mitchell after his 'growing up' talk with the Priest and the 'you'll understand later' to Annie. I'm glad I did BECAUSE IT FELT LIKE THEY LISTENED TO MY BRAIN AND DID WHAT WOULD PLEASE ME THE MOST !!1

And then they all got locked up with Herrick and it became AMAZINGLY AWESOME(R) !!!!1!!11!

They really are spoiling us with George/Mitchell in this one ♥

OH NOES GEORGE SCRATCHED NINA (she is made of so much win it hurts btw)

UNEXPECTED!CWAZY!OWEN ! I LOVED THAT INTRIGUING ENDING SO MUCH.

Now if it were any other show I would be worried about an obligatory loss of quality after such an outstanding series, but in this case I am willing to put my blind trust in their hands.

BRING ON SERIES 2 and 3, 4, 5, 6...

YES YES AND YES !! I completely agree on the scene of all three vs Herrick, they really needed to face him together.

I wasn't thinking at all about Owen and ta-dah! If they turn him - the crazy psycho molester - into a vampire, it's going to be EPIC. EPIC I SAID.

The best part of that ending is that I have a feeling that the old dude wasn't a vampire but something entirely different and I really can't wait to find out in series 2 now !

George was mindblowing in this but I forgot to say that Russell deserve all the credits for that, he really outdid himself this time (the transformation scene and its blinding intensity, in particular) !
