I don't really have time to do proper entries these days thanks to my big end of the year Project Report of Doom and my finals so I probably won't be able to post more than the occasonial tweet batch for the next two weeks. Of course that's already what I've been doing this last week. In fact I shouldn't even write this post but oh well.
I'll get my reaction to this week's teevee out of the way then.
Ashes to Ashes 205
HULLO THAR MARTIN SUMMERS <3<3<3<3<3 Creepy coma!dude is creepy. I have no idea where this is all going but IT IS ALL SO EXCITING. Of course I would love it if the Supertheory could become true but I don't know how it could fit with that new twist now...
Also, RAY !! I had lost hope but I'm so glad that the gay innuendos are back now. He's so coming out of the closet by the end of series 2 and doesn't know it yet Y/Y ?
Oh and the "stop crying or I'll have to put a conforting arm around you" "I better stop then" exchange between Gene and Alex ? THEIRLOVEISSOMAGNIFICENTITMAKESMEDIE.
Criminal Minds 4x25 - 26 To Hell... And Back
The story was pretty good but it was probably my least favourite CM finale. It was a bad idea to expand the case for the whole double episode because it got a bit boring in the middle. I really thought that the case would be over by the first hour and that we would have the "unsub returning/agent in peril' bit much sooner than at the very end. I loved the creepiness though, and the brothers story. The paralyzed creep (threatened by Rossy VERY SEXILY) was totally Matthew from the 4400 (one of the only reason to watch that show) and Lucas was mr Nice Guy from House season 4, hee.The bleak ending was completely FTW and Morgan getting affected by the case was interesting.
I was quite shocked by the ending because while I was spoiled for an unsub returning in the finale right before I caught up with Omnivore and obvioulsy knew then that it had to be the Reaper, I was 200% sure that he would go after Morgan. It also fit because we never really had a peril Morgan flavoured before. BUT IT WAS HOTCH ALDZDA%LDJADFS and it also made sense. His last monologue was so sinister and grim that I really do fear for his life right now (that and because of the rumors of an actor being let go by CBS from a while back... Eeek). So now I'm like dead excited for a premiere full of woobiefied Hotch because HELL YES but if anything really serious happens to him (as in Thomas Gibson leaving the show... I mean look at CM's history >_<) I WILL CUT A BITCH.
All in all it was all right but I would have taken Amplification for the finale ANYDAY. Why yes, it would have totally deserved 2 hours, trufax.
House, Supernatural and now Criminal Minds...
Dear shows,
ENOUGH WITH THE CLIFFHANGERS ALREADY.
I DO LOVE YOU AND WILL KEEP ON WATCHING WITHOUT THOSE DAMN NAIL BITING, EXTRA FRUSTRATING ENDINGS.
DAMN YOU ALL.
Ambiguous love,
Me.
In other news I'm currently rewatching Queer as Folk UK out of the blue and am reminded how fucking brilliant it is.
I love that show for completely different reasons than QaF US because Stuart and Nathan are true unredeemable Epic Arsehole and Twat and should be unlikeable if it wasn't for their fierce loltasticness. They're also obvioulsy not Soulmates Destined to Be Forever Together like Brian and Justin wereAND STILL ARE KTHX but they are more subtle, well rounded and realistic characters in a lot of ways.
Of course the true love story here is between Stuart and one adorable Doctor Who Fanboy Vince Tyler so it's not like it's even comparable. I adore their story too, their chemistry and the whole UST thing that Rusty kept intact til the end.
And I love Vince and his awkward adorkable fanboy ways to tiny bits. I really like Cameron as well while I hate David's guts in the US version. I'm very excited to see him inWars of the Master the Waters of Mars later this year. They should totally ask him to name all the Doctors again in the Confidential XD
I'm mostly LMAO because I didn't remember that the series had so many Old Who references and I'm quite amused because I'm getting them all now.
OH AND BTW PAUL MCGANN TOTALLY COUNTS, YOU TWATS.
Rusty, bless your little fanboy heart ♥
Eventually this rewatching should lead me to a QaF US Marathon of Doom this summer. It's about time I think. I would be glad to discover my BJ love all over again.
In other other news, I'm totes seeing Simon Amstell'show with
ephyse and
fairy_bliss in October, WOOT ! And it will be a week after Tim Minchin'show which
ephyse got me a ticket for my birthday. October 2009 will be remembered as SPAZZING MONTH OF EPIC FANNISH GLEE, I TELL YA.
And nooooooooooow back to work, GO ME.

...OMG. My mind. It is blown.
Je sens que je vais pleurer si Alex réalise que Molly est morte.
Merci pour les liens! Effectivement c'est très intéressant et ça tient debout...
