I woke up this moning to find that all hell had break loose during the night

Billie makes a return in series 4.

I first saw the set pics this morning and I read that she would be back for the Doctor-lite episode that is rumored to be about the companions. I found the news quite intriguing and interesting.

But I just read the official announcement and she'll return for 3 episodes WTF THAT IS A LOT O_o

I'm not particualry fond of the idea of Rose being back for so long but I would not mind if this is how it's done :

- Rose is not the focus of these 3 episodes but serves the plot, very much like how Jack's return was handled in series 3.

- She's now a confident young woman who's moved on with her life. She's been doing great at Alt!Torchwood and is partially or completely over the Doctor like Martha when she returns in series 4.

- The Doctor does not declare his TWU LUV FOREVAH to her and their is no EMO ROSE!ANGST when she leaves again (on her own accord this time). I don't want to see any of the batshippers' crazy wishes come to life (they're already scaring me more than usual today) or I'll never forgive Rusty again.
I want friendship, maybe some cuteness but most of all I want them to find closure, be happy for each other and be able to let go without heartbreaks this time. Otherwise the series would take a serious step backwards.
But this isn't Smallville so I have faith that it won't come to that.

- And most of all, I want stolen blurry pics of John Simm on the DW set, damn it.

EDIT : No sorry, tya_rc's comment is bothering me. Hon', if you really think by reading my post that I'm expressing some ulgy bitterness, just take a look at what 45eugenia is using her amazing skills for right now (and laugh). And I have many similar posts in my flist right now.
So, no I don't consider myself as an "abused Martha/Doctor shipper" (especially since that should be replaced by MASTER/Doctor, KTHXBAI. Why does if there's a fault it always has to be thrown back at Martha I have no fucking idea.)

Moi en lisant ton comment j'ai plutôt l'impression que c'est l'interpretation que tu t'es faite du "like martha in series 4" qui t'as piqué au vif alors que ce n'étais même pas le sens que j'avais mit derrière.

LOL, surement. My bad. Je suis ravie de voir en tout cas que tu n'es pas simplement en mode anti-Rose/Doctor. Je sais que tu ne l'as jamais été, mais on dirait que l'annonce soudaine de la BBC m'a rendue parano. Je me rappelle la quantité assez impressionnante d'anti-Rose/Doctor que se sont manifestés face aux batshippers après Doomsday et je me dis que le retour de Rose va déclencher un wank du tonnerre.

Ou alors c'est simplement moi qui projette ma confusion par rapport à mon ship. XD

ANYWAY. Je suis d'accord avec toi. Pour moi l'idéal serait qu'ils aient exactement la même relation, mais sans le côté angsty. Comme des BFF ultimes qui se retrouvent une fois de temps à autre avec le même plaisir mais sans en repartir en larmes.

(... et en même temps, je ne peux pas m'empêcher de me dire que faire revenir Rose sans avoir d'angst, c'est contraire à l'intensité de leur relation. Quand je te dis que je suis confuse LOL)

Et puis, en parallèle de tout ça, j'ai envie de crier C'EST DOCTOR WHO PUTAIN, IL NE DEVRAIT MEME Y AVOIR DE SHIPS SUR LE PRINCIPE.

LOUL juste avant de voir que tu avais répondu j'avais fait un EDIT de fin de post pour toi en continuation de réponse.

Non mais quand je dis pas d'ANGST, je parle surtout de l'angst de son deuxième départ, après entre, il font ce qu'ils ont envie.
Mais dans les deux cas, je vois mal comment je pourrais encore fondre en larmes devant Doomsday ever again :/
Ah well... Let's wait and see.
