rosengirl: (Misfits : Simon/Alisha all we have is no)
~~ I made a new header and tweaked my layout a bit (didn't change it completely because I am teh lazy). It's darkier and angstier now.

I still have so much ties with this fandom. I read fics like my life depends on it and Van and Jake are visibly going to be Epic forever (re: thrusday's prank call and Van's latest FB status).

~~ Misfits's last episode was probably the weakest of the (otherwise incredible) series but it was still full of awesome moments.

I'm still completely in love with Simon/Alisha. I've rarely been this enthralled by a het pairing. It's also the best thing that could ever happen to Alisha's character, for real. I love her so much now!
As for the rest of the episode, the whole Nathan/Alisha/Simon plot was fantastic. I was left perplexed by Kelly's plot and I couldn't care less about Nikki and Nikki/Curtis.

But Simon/Alisha OTP4LIFE *cough*

Two lovely fanvids I'm currently watching over and over :

Center of Attention
Possibility

Next week's finale looks A-MA-ZING, BtheW.

~~ Community had THE BEST. CHRISTMAS EPISODE. EVER. I can't even begin to describe the epic awesomeness that was this episode. And nothing had/has/will top it. I seriously need to get back on Planet Abed right now.

~~ I will end with this awesomesauce Edgar Wright's films fanvid which everyone should see if they haven't already.

Btw I finally saw Scott Pilgrim (twice) and it was EVERYTHING I WANTED IT TO BE AND MORE <3
I may be able to attend an Edgar signing at the end of the month which I'm PSYCHED ABOUT. I also need to do a Spaced/SotD/HF/SP marathon asap.

Geeky fanboys turned directors FTW.
