I've heard about the Paterson Joseph rumours but I have no opinion since I've never seen him in something. Maybe he would be a better choice because I didn't know Tennant or Eccleston before they got the part either.

I thought I was taking the news about Tennant leaving relatively well except that I discovered that I can't watch a Ten songvid without wanting to cry right now. Eh.


As for this week's teevee watching (in short)

The last 2 Pushing Daisies delivered their usual dose of happy happy. I love that show and its adorableness. However I don't think I would terribly miss it if it was cancelled because as much as I enjoy what I see, I have zero investment in it. But it is absolutely cute and good natured and I love Lee Pace like pie <3

Chuck now has Buster in it and it is even more AWESOME. Buster !

No HIMYM this week and it BLOWS.

House... ( needs a cut. )

The Office and Ugly Betty were doing fine this week. Well, apart from *that* breakup WHICH I DO NOT WANT.

SPN roxxors, especially Dean and Castiel. This season is made of epic win.

Never Mind The Buzzcocks 22x05 or 06 (whatevs) WAS MADE OF 57 FLAVOURS OF AWESOME. SPECIAL MENTION TO THE HILARIOUSNESS OF GERMAINE GREER, JAMES CORDEN AND THE MIGHTY CARDIGAN. It made me totally forget about my rage towards the Russell Brand censure.

Beautiful People 104/105. Posh Spice doll and Lady Di. SERIOUSLY. The fact that jedicathy and I seem to be the only ones watching this show is beyond me. It honestly is the best new series of the year ! It has heart, hilarious characters and situations, 1997 period reconstitution, awesome singing and dancing, fabulousness AND NOT TO FORGET MY FAVOURITE HISTORY BOY. You *have* to watch it, why aren't you watching it ??



I've also watched two new brit series this week :

The first two episodes of Little Dorrit which I'm loving so far.
I started for the delightful miss Freema Agyeman in the first place (and she is adorable and a bit bonkers but most importantly, an awesome victorian lesbian ! *___*) but the rest of the cast is also good. Matthew Mc Fadyen is all blue eyes and still makes woobie faces like a pro, Russell Tovey is made of Kittens, Eve Myles makes retarded look adorable and Andy Serkis creeps the hell out of me and I love him for it. I was a bit disappointed that Freema and her Epic Lesbian Love Story wasn't part of episode 2 but the loveliness of the rest made up for it.

I'm also following Dead Set since I'm a sucker for Zombie flicks. The first 10 minutes were boring as hell but once they got started it was FTW and I've been hooked these past few days. Zombie stories are ALWAYS the same but I'm never ever tired of it, don't ask me why ! The utter crackiness of having it mixed with big brother makes some moments priceless (I was sold at the zombie massacre set to Mika's Grace Kelly XD). I cannot wait to see the last episode which airs tonight, it's been a lot of fun.


Tomorrow I'm meeting with angeliksmall and jedicathy for Quantum of Solace and tomorrow night it's Merlin Party at Cath's place. Since 107 looks full of Arthur and Epic Slash, I really can't wait. It will be the first time we watch a Merlin episode between fangirls <3

Merlin 1x05 - Lancelot : There is absolutely NO WAY that this is magic. Even though the last four major threats to our city have been magical. NO WAY IN HELL.

1. House and Wilson are not best friends, BEST FRIENDS DO NOT ACT LIKE THAT WITH EACH OTHER,KTHX.

2. Now I will never believe that this show don't have a gay agenda. Doctor Who shmoctor who, at last the term found its proper meaning.

3. That episode made me happy with SUCH AN EPIC INTENSITY that I'm pretty sure it was the highest point of my week AND CANNOT BE TOPPED.

4. SERIOUSLY, apart from the onscreen sexxors, House and Wilson are definitely the canonest of ALL the slash pairings in the history of slashdom, amarite or AMARITE ?

So after *that* I can't even review the other shows because clearly, there's no point.


Let's just say that :

Chuck : ADORABLE and somewhat sad.

Heroes : I am this close to stop watching you, show. QUIT THE RIDICULOUS PLOT AND THE STUPIDITY OF CHARACTERS I USED TO LIKE OR WE'RE THROUGH.

Well, after such a good start, I hope it will pick up again next week.

That hurt.

I mean apart from the fact that it should be renamed House&Wilson m.d. by now, srsly. The level of importance given to their relationship is becoming ridiculously ftw.

( House 5x01 - Dying Changes Everything )

WOW almost a whole week without posting. It must really mean that I'm kind of disconnected lately.

First week at school was not bad, I made two of my school friends meet mah beloved bunch of fangirls on friday night to see the Dark Knight (the fourth time seems to be my limit because I still liked it this time around but it felt painfully long again) and eat japanese and it went rather well :) Well I guess they were a little intimidated at first but the atmosphere was much more relaxed by the time we were at the restaurant.

I also spend a lovely couple of hours with ephyse all to myself on that same day and I can't remember the last time we really had a chat like this but it really was fantastic *glomps her other half*

I've started to rewatch House season 3 with my mum and the Tritter arc is still so slashy it's EPIC. It kinda fills the void til season 5, too.(D-9 !)

Yesterday I also spent a nice day with jedicathy and we went to see Deception with Ewan McGregor and Hugh Jackman.
The ending was pants but I really liked the rest of the film. There were some obvious clichés but it was nicely balanced by the awesome photography (some shots were *so* pretty !) and the flawless peformance of both Jackman as an asshole and McGregor as an adorkable loser. The first half hour was just made of fan service for slashers, my smile was so big it hurt.
It just too damn infuriating, and that's the first thing I told Cath at the end, that when a film is made about a twisted relationship between two gorgeous guys, you always have the obligatory useless pretty chick with no personality stuck between them. The film would have worked just as fine without Michelle Williams' character since the game between the two male leads was already enough to make the film interesting. And the ending wouldn't have been ruined.

The Sarah Jane Adventures series 2 trailer is A BIT MAGNIFICENT OMG ! Rock on, Sept 29 !

Fandom produced yet another brilliant fanvid, namely Martha > You which sums up the total pwnage that is Miss Jones in 3:10' of gorgeous editiing. Mathaaaa UNF.


The Mighty Boosh on Jonathan Ross was awesomecakes as usual. I *adored* that they chose the Massive Gheyist bit to introduce them XD
I really <3 Noel, he's not even manly when he plays football. Julian was adorable but really needs his hair back -_-
I am DYING for the Mighty Book of Boosh to come out since its awesomeness seems impossibly insane. The tour starts next week, I can't wait to be there !
I was also deeply amused but unsurprised that they chose Eels to perform on telly. Ju was sorchingly HOT in a Hitcher costume *_________*

So that's it, I have watched everything.

*tries to burst into tears but realises that the finale dried her out already*

I LOVE THIS SHOW. It can hurt as much as making you choke on laughter and it was a hell of a ride.

I was biaised toward season 3 (for the gorgeous angst) at first but I reckon there's too many amazing episodes in the first two and the fourth season to make a definitive choice.

I loved season 4 for the RIDICULOUS amount of H/W but I'm still not sure if the new team really works. It made me long for the original ducklings once the hilarious competition was over. Favourite addition to the characters was Cutthroat Bitch because not only the actress was very good but it was thanks to her character that the second part of the season became all about H/W. She brought the lolz and the pain and I shall miss her immensely.
The finale was a thing of beauty. Especially for the moment when House figured things out in House's Head and the shared look with Wilson at the end of Wilson't Heart which was absolutely heartwrenching. They can never escape each other and you know that it could end really badly someday. I hope not but it surely wasn't shown in a good light here T-T


I cried during the finale and then, because I'm such a masochist, I iconed it and it made me even more miserable.

Mostly Wilson icons because Robert Sean Leonard blew me away and deserves all the awards in the world for his performance.

I discovered today that di0r, who is already responsible for one of the best Doctor Who vid EVAR, made some gorgeous House songvids as well ! And I was delighted to find out that she had a website (with an impressive number of fandoms). I'm going to pimp my two favourite vids of her but I'd suggest to check out all of her H/W vids because she is FTW and I am amazed by her vidding skills.


Hollow is a H/W vid based on House's Head/Wilson's heart and it really is TOO DAMN GORGEOUS FOR WORDS. I discovered it this afternoon and have already seen it 15 time which... Doesn't really improve my gloomy mood but it was established that I am a masochist.

Closer by schismuse. Every fandom as a songvid set to Closer by Nine Inch Nails but only a few are really worth it. Both the SV and DW ones are awesome (especially the DW one *__*) and the House fandom did a great job as well. I love that the editing matches the rythm of the music and that it's incredibly dark and hot without any added prOn. Great use of the song since she centered her vid around the destructive side of their relationship.

I've almost finished House season 1 and I love their co-dependent relationship SO MUCH OMG.
THEY ARE FASCINATING. I am hooked to every interactions and smug banter they have on screen.
I am also feeling weirdly protective of House, he's a bastard all right but I can't help it. His rare moments of vulnerability are killing me everytime, thank goodness he has Wilson. *clings to Wilson's orsum*
