So last night, I had the insane idea that I should reread the whole Doctor/Master section of my big fic rec post of doom (which I still update btw) in order.

As a result, my brain is a mess. I have less than 2% braincells left that are not completely infected by Doctor/Master thoughts.
Although that's a state of mind that I'm not exactly complaining about.

I'm currently up to dwseason4 and I have to say, as much as I already love Donna, the Master as the series 4 companion is the biggest missed opportunity in the hystory of ever. It would have made an incredible, incredible series. *clings to the brilliant fic version*


As for recent must reads, here's some personal suggestions :

Exposure by versaphile John Simm/David Tennant. A three parter RPS fic that is highly inspirational, if you're into that sort of thing (how could you not *cough*)

Crazy in Love by shaggydogstail Ten/Master. The latest crack!fic by the Queen of Crack. I love those silly ancient gallifreyan gods to death. And that's where my icon is from btw (made by the ever so useful and talented snowgrouse)

The impossiblities series also by versaphile Ten/Jack. A lovely AU that makes a change from all the post LotTL Ten/Jack stories. They're absolutely adorable (and hot) in this.

RTFM (Read The F*cking Manual) by nostalgia_lj Ten/Martha. Hilarious gallifreyan sex ed course. Ten couldn't be more spot on.


In other news, Black Books is killing me to death with lolarity, FOR REALZ. I'm so glad I got around to start watching it because I haven't laughed this hard since say, my first watching of the Office US.

I've been working on it for 3 days and my shiny new Doctor/Master layout is finally done *rubs eyes*

I wanted to include some old skool Tiemcock because they were also gloriously slashy in their time and contributed a lot to reinforce my unhealthy obsessive love for the pairing.

I'm pretty happy with it and looking at the header convinces me that I really want a tatoo of Rassilon *facepalm*

I also remade the sidebar interests from scratch. I added a lot of TVshows and some of the old flames came back from the dead (hello thar Kristen Bell, David Anders, Spn and Kaamelott). Some new flings were also added. Nothing is in order (except for the top of the list) as usual.

magicallaw didn't last long and succeeded yet again in total pwnage.

I'm going to feel like dying when my alarm clock will wake me up tomorrow but it's been completely worth it.

I just read the end of the New Dawn Fades series and it was so fucking *perfection* all the way through that I'm left with very little coherence.

This last few month, I laughed, I cried, I worried, I was turned on, hooked, distressed, in glee, in AWE and now it's over for good.

BUT IT'S BEEN GLORIOUS.

And I'll never be able to get up tomorrow.

But I'm Tiemcock high and I couldn't care less right now.



Speaking of, I'm ending my week with a 3 day Tiemcockathon starting tomorrow with my dear angeliksmall

Now if I could have that bloody S3 Boxset in my mailbox by tomorrow it would be fucking awesome.

I was also meant to catch up with this week's shows (Heroes in particular, even if I've been spoiled by a twat at school today) but it turns out that I'm only up to date on the Sarah Jane Adventures (MARIAANDSARAHJANEARESOCANONZOMG)

Which means that I won't be able to watch anything until the end of the Tiemcock weekend. Not that I'm particulary saddened by that fact, obviously.

I woke up at 6 am this morning, got dressed, went to the station, saw that there was no train traffic, went home, went to bed again at 7.50 am.
Thanks to the strike I'm having a 4 days week end. I'm not exactly complaining since I phoned the school and they told me not to worry and thanked me for calling to inform them, lol.

I'm officialy dropping Prison Break, I enjoyed the premiere but the rest is pretty dull and repetitive.
I'm keeping Grey's Anatomy to watch later this year and I may stop Dirty Sexy Money as well. Not that I don't like it but I can't keep up with all the shows.

That leaves me with Dexter, Heroes, Chuck, The Sarah Jane Adventures, Aliens in America, Pushing Daisies, The Office, Ugly Betty, Secret Diary of a Call Girl, Smallville and Supernatural, which is more than enough.

The freak is beating the Mister Master in the voting booth and there's only a few hours left. Mister Master is not pleased. Team Tiemcock is the only way to go. Vote nao.

That's what angeliksmall and I did all weekend between our marathon.*iz a dork*


We were quite efficient and saw pretty much everything.

I first caught up with angeliksmall, fairy_bliss and a special appearance (as in not planned) by jedicathy for a cosy breakfast at Starbucks.

Then I went home with cookie and galouz and we got started right away with :

- DWC 308 : the bit where David is terrible at the waltz. Very lolarious.
- The series 2 David Tennant diaries (I cannot wait for the DT s3 diaries ! Hopefully there will be a lot of fooling around with John Simm in it, right ?)
- DWC 310 : aka David Tennant is a gigantic Doctor Who dorky fanboy and is not afraid to show it.
- Recovery : I'm glad they loved it so much ! That was the first time I rewatched it and I was blown away by his acting skills, again.
- Shaun of the Dead : to cheer up after Recovery.

We then walked Galouz to the train station and continued with the squeefest.

Now I must point something out first. We were meant to dl and watch the numb3rs season premiere but *COOKIE* basically told me : "nevermind I'm such in a Tennant mood that I'd rather keep on watching his stuff". My brainwashing skills are off the scale. And it only got better this morning when we were meant to dl it *again* and she *again* dismissed it for John Simm this time. She's such a joy to be around at the moment.

So, saturday night we watched :

- Lots and lots of Doctor Who fanvids
- David Tennant on Parkinson
- Blackpool 101
- Secret Smile : we drooled hardcore on psycho!david and had a long conversation about the hotness factor of Brendan Block and the Master hooking up *is in a happy place*
- The Graham Norton Show with David Tennant. Hello I'm David and I'm going to take you from behind. Never. Gets. Old.

We also had a little chat in my room and while we were talking, mini!Ten ended up on the bed in an unsurprising slutty pose :

The morning we woke up with David again :

- Ready Steady Cook
- The West Wing Challenge

And then we watched some John Simm goodness, at last :

- The Life on Mars series one extras : where we learned that John swears a lot when he messes up his lines and that Philip Glenister has some trouble ennounciating Gene's lines, A LOT XD
- His episode of Spaced
- The first episode of The Lakes (with all the yummy nekkidness <3)

But cheated again with David by finishing with the second episode of Blackpool.

I then stuffed her external hard drive with most of the stuff we watched during the week end and while we did that, we had an hysterical laughing fit provoced by THIS.

We had a fantastic time but it felt too short !


In six days, we'll be both in England to see John Simm in the flesh on stage, we hope to get back alive but our level of excitement is already pressuring us so damn hard that the chances are very slim.
