** I tried, approved and mainlined s1 and 2 of The Vampire Diaries AND IT IS SEXY AND GLORIOUS AND CRACKY AND AWESOME. I was really surprised by how much I ended up loving it.
I have 21268726948572 pairings. My favorite Salvatore bro is Stephan. I hate Bonnie. I love Damon, Elena, Tyler, Jeremy, Caroline and Matt. I HATE BONNIE WITH THE BURNING FIRE OF A THOUSAND SUNS. I worship Katherine and her psycho bitch slut ways, SHE IS AMAZIN. S2 is awesome on the Damon/Katherine/Stephan front and the Tyler/Caroline (and Tyler/Jerem at the start which was pretty much the main reason I started watching the show in the first place) front. I love that Jeremy is part of the gang now. I LOATHE Jeremy/Bonnie. I don't like Elijah's lack of charisma, I have a hard time buying that he's one of the Originals. I don't like Rose. I HAVE HIGH HOPES FOR KLAUS, especially if Guy Burnet gets casted.

** BEING HUMAN. I watched the us pilot and it wasn't horrible. I didn't hate it but I didn't particulary like it either. However, since America gets their remakes right 1 time out of 3, I'm hoping it can step out of the original's shadow and find its own route. So I'll be there for ep 2.
I've also seen 301 of the real deal and IT WAS WONDERFUL. I didn't realize how much I missed them. I like the new setting, I like the welshness of it (hai thar Rhys!). I really loved the Mitchell part of the ep even if I saw it coming from miiiiiiiiiiiles and George and Nina were fantastic. I dug the two new characters and the hints about the new arc (it's so going to be George. I'm calling it.).

** I'm still doing Harry Potter and the Ultimate Reread. It's one chapter a day which will bring us to the release of the last film and it's giving me warm fuzzies every day. I'm reading these as a companion and it's awesomesauce. I'm not looking forward to the saga ending for good but I have the most amazing time rediscovering my love for it.

** KURT/BLAINE. I LUV IT. voldything pimped lots of fantastic fics to me and I'm like, REALLY REALLY REALLY EXCITED FOR GLEE TO COME BACK OMG. I can't wait to see more of them. I've definitely jumped ship and left Sam/Kurt for good. I wouldn't mind it if it happened because I still ship Kurt/Happiness, mostly, but I just can't really buy that there's a chance that Sam could be gay anymore. ENTERTAINMENT WEEKLY. I WANT IT.

** I've almost finished s1 of Leverage and IT'S ALL FUN AND LOLZ, I LOVE IT. So far my favorites are Parker because she is cray cray fantastic and Hardison for his extreme geeky ways (and his love for Doctor Who! Dude is awesome.) but I really love the team as a whole.

** I booked tickets for me and jedicathy to see David Tennant and Catherine Tate in Much Ado About Nothing this summer. I am SO EXCITED to see them reunited <3

** RL wise I ended a very close friendship which had unfortunately turned sour and toxic. I made peace with it quite some time ago and I think it's for the best, even if I never thought we'd come to this. Looking back 4 months ago I sure as hell wouldn't have seen it coming.

** In other completely unrelated excitement and happiness, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows *finally* comes out in France tomorrow and I'll be able to see it with nicelyobsessed on the first day, YAYAYAYAYAYAAAAAAAAAAAAY \o/

Everyone Ever jizzing all over it this past week has significantly raised my expectations SO I HOPE IT DAZZLES.

** I can't tell you how happy Darren Criss's MASSIVE FAME makes me. It still feels a bit weird but seing his face EVERYWHERE is really nothing to complain about. Me and some of my fangirly friends will try to get tickets for the UK Glee summer 2011 tour which will have Darren there. I really hope we succeed !

** MISFITS IS FLAWLESS. 202 was made for me since it was shock full of brotherly love, daddy issues, Nathan being obnoxious and amazing and win, Nathan/Simon A LOT, a next week trailer full of Nathan/Simon A LOT. If you didn't know, I ship Nathan/Simon, A LOT.
I've also just discovered that Iwan Rheon is a proper musician and a quite talented one! I LOVE THIS. His singing voice is so pretty <3

I spend my life on Twitter which means that I suck at lj updates right now and it makes me *SADFACE*. So I thought I'd do a post about some of the things I'm currently into (in no particular order).

- Merlin IDK what is happening with me but I LOVE IT. I'm experiencing a Squee Rebirth. I was in love with this show in s1, I was pretty exasperated by it during s2 and for some reason, s3 is rocking my socks off and all my squee is back full force ! It's still as silly as ever but I'm embracing it much more this year. Other weird thing is I've always been a Bradley/Arthur girl but this series I AM ALL ABOUT COLIN. COLIN. COLIIIIIIIIIIIIIN. He is awesome/CUTE AS HELL/ridiculously adorkable/awesome/talented/HOT/awesome. But I mean, it's not new, is it ? He always was and I still love Bradders'stupid face so idk why I'm like this but COLIN OMG COLIN.

- Single Father IS SO SO GOOD. David is just stellar for one (that scene with Rupert Graves in ep 2 OMFGGGGGGGGGGGG) and just blows me away every single scenes (a Dave in pain is the best kind of Dave, trufax) but the rest is incredible too. Great casting/direction/writing.

- Frankie aka Lip Service's very own SHANE. She is gorgeous and fucked up and fascinating, I love her. Can't wait for ep 2.

- The Nuke fandom is A-MA-ZING. I mean they put together an entire kink comm for la_fours's birthday. How cool is that ? My fandom is quite obviously cooler than yours. I still haven't read it all but so far so EXCELLENT.

- Drugged!Sherlock in the pilot episode *g* I only watched it 2 days ago and while lots of things were improved by A Study in Pink, I prefer by far the reveal/confrontation with the cabbie the way it was handled in the pilot. It pushed so many buttons of dirty!wrong. SO MANY. I also loved that John forgot his cane because he rushed off to save Sherlock in this version, and that the cabbie brought back Sherlock to 221b.

- The Pandorica Opens/The Big Bang was watched again yesterday and STILL OH SO BRILLIANT ON REWATCH. I definitely declare it the best Nu Who finale ever *loves*

- Sam Evans from Glee is HOT. And geeky. And adorkable. And a sekrit gay who'll end up with Kurt ! I'll believe this until it doesn't happen. But I'm pretty confident it will. Darren Criss ILU but there's 'decoy' written on your pretty forehead. Someone said on twitter that Kurt, Sam and Quinn are the new Luke, Noah and Maddie AND IT MAKES SO MUCH SENSE. Darren will be the new Roth (with you know, actual screentime and characterization), just you wait.

- Brendan & Ste from Hollyoaks. So far they are loltastic because Ste is the naive slutty twink and Bren the Big Bad manipulative mustache'ed villain who does an hilarious Chuck Bass impersonation but they make me SQUEE something awful. This week is when things are finally turning hot/ugly/even more fucked up between them so I'm a bit EXTREMELY EXCITED and looking forward to what is said to become "one of the darkest soap SL ever" in the UK press. Bring it. Ps : the actors are also loltastic.

- Emmerdale's ANGST OF DOOM is killing. Me. WHY ARE THEY HURTING THEM LIKE THAT ? WHAT DID JACKSON EVER DO TO DESERVE THIS APART FROM BEING RIDIC AWESOME ? WHY ARE THEY HURTING US LIKE THAT. WHY ARE WE ALL IN A WORLD OF PAIN ? I can't feel you. ALSDKAMDLKSAMLDKMDKLASMLSDKAMSDKAMSDLKAMDKLSAMDLKMLSDKAMLSDKAMLDK.

- This Johnny Weir interview because he's rocking that stripped top, is fabulous and I love what he has to say about the gay teen suicides.




- Adam Lambert's cover of Metallica's Enter Sandman is UNEXPECTED AND AWESOME. He better snog his guitarist when I'll see him on stage. Because he seems to do that quite a lot.

- VAN HANSIS'S FACE I MISS IT SO FUCKING MUCH DDDD: get your ass back on FaBo, you ho.

- This Brian/Justin fanvid. OMFG. SO SO SO GORGEOUS. Oh my 2nd ever OTP. To this day you can still make me tear up. THEIR LOVE WAS SO EPIC.

- Chameleon Circuit is a brilliant album, I love it so much and listen to it constantly. You can listen to it all here (bottom of the page). Alex and Charlie also take a lot of my time. I want to marry one and have the other on the side, which works well since they already live together and I totally ship them. Ps : SASKIA HAMILTON. Pps : SO CANT WAIT FOR THE NEW ALBUM WITH PROPER VERSIONS OF THESE TWO FANTASTIC SONGS.

Me and my other half aka fairy_bliss managed to get tickets to see THOSE GUYS live in Glasgow in May. I've been stuck like this \o/ since yesterday. OMFGSOFUCKINGEXCITED.


** In other news that made me go \o/ those glee spoilers sound completely awesome. I was already dying for it to start again but I am now twice as excited !


** Also also, the latest Doctor Who set report pics here and another one here are both killing me with LULZ and UNF. And yes it's not behind the scenes, they're totes filming this lulzy shit.


** Speaking of Matty, I'm currently rewatching Party Animals and BOY DO I LOVE THOSE FOSTER BROTHERS TO DEATH. He is so stellar in it as Danny. I'm now so psyched I'm counting the days til DW.


** In less fantastic news, Legend of the Seeker's future looks a bit grim. GAH. I really hope it doesn't get cancelled because I NEED MAH SILLY SUPER PRETTY FEMSLASHY SHOW TO GO ON FOR AT LEAST FIVE MORE SEASONS, KTHXBAI. What will we all do without Cara's Eyeroll of Doom each week ? I don't want to live in that world !


** Unpopular opinion of the day : I'm *really* enjoying Nuke's current storyline. I love the angst and ok, admitedly the situation doesn't move along as fast as I'd like but I LOVE Reid and his snarky scenes with Luke. Sparks fly between those two. Reid/Luke makes me very curious and I don't think it's threatening at all for Luke and Noah in the long run, so I'm looking forward to it. Not that I'm thrilled by Noah going away for a bit but hey, as long as he doesn't get his sight back offscreen (which I kinda suspect he will * sigh*) I don't mind that much.


** THOSE GUYS IN MAY FOLKS. IT'S PRETTY EPIC.

First of all, I just came back from (500) Days of Summer and LOVED IT SO HARD IT HURTS OMG. I came for the Gubler's Hair on the big screen and I stayed for the Joseph Everything, HE WAS SO BRILLIANT AND ALL MY LOVE FOR HIM JUST RUSHED BACK X 1000. The film was very refreshing from what you usually get in a romantic comedy so it was a good surprise.The story was light, cute, sometimes hilarious and sad. Oh and the Gube's hair did look mighty awesome on a big screen and it was really nice to see him standing and walking, too :D
We had a great time !

Another great week for telly, I hope !
